[Snack @ Work] Cilantro/Parsley Sour Cream Dip

How often do I snack? Every 2 hours. 

If you snack as often as I do at work or at school, either out of boredom (I feel you!) or hunger, this Snack @ Work series is for you! I want to share all my recipes for quick & easy snacks that are also healthy. I have been able to lose a few lbs even with a 8-5 office job, much less exercise than back in college, and constant snacking in the last year. Healthy snacking may not be the sole reason to my weight loss but is definitely an important factor. And if you are not concerned with weight loss, but are bored of trail mix and chips, these can be great alternatives.

CILANTRO/PARSLEY SOUR CREAM DIP

Serving: 1 (120 calories)

Ingredients: 

Sour cream: 1/2 cup

Washed & chopped cilantro and or parsley: 1/2 cup (This is up to you. I personally like both so I use both) 

Black pepper: 1/8 tsp 

Salt: 1/4 tsp 

Paprika: 1/2 tsp 

Chili power (optional): 1/4 tsp 

Instruction: 

Mix all the ingredients well :)

Enjoy the dip with raw celery or carrots.
